I've lost 3 pounds in the last couple of days!!

  • For all of you A) trying to lose weight and B) Not drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day... I highly recommend drinking approximately 50-60 ounces of water a day. I've lose 3 pounds in less than a week by doing this! (*Nevermind water is simply important to your body!*)Hope this helps some of you!
  • Mouse- Way to go on the weight loss. You are correct in that water does play a very important part in our health and well being and can in fact help you to lose weight. Now if we can all make the goal to increase our intake each day.
