I agree with everyone who said that moderation is the problem for those of us who tend to avoid it. Also, the p butter without sugar and salt is better for anyone then the other...I've noticed that not only do some low fat p butters have sugar and salt in them, they also have blackstrap molasses

No wonder they're so hard to stop eating - all that sugar!
There are little individual packets (about 1 TB) that I can buy at a grocery wholesale place...for those who find that 100 calorie packets help them with portion control, I would definately reccomend trying them. Unfortunately, they do have the sugar and salt.
I love p butter, and if I had more control over how much of it I ate at a time

, it would definately be a staple in my house
