Sugar Busters Weekly Exercise Board 2/11-2/17

    Exercise every day and see yourself melt away!
  • Monday
    Walked 2 miles with wind gusts up to 40 miles per hour. Dodged flying garbage cans!

    Played 2 hours tennis doubles.
  • TUESDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles in 45:13
  • WEDNESDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles in 44:43-new third best time!
  • Tuesday and Wednesday
    Tuesday: 25 minutes high intensity cardio intervals. Walked 2.5 miles with dog and neighbors.

    Wednesday: walked 2 miles with dog and neighbors, did killer upperbody workout at the gym. Arms still burning!
  • Thursday, Friday
    Thursday: 25 minute high intensity intervals on bike. Walk 2 miles with Cleo and friends, 2 hours tennis double in afternoon.

    Friday: 1 hour lower body workout at gym, 1 hour tennis.

    NEW BEST JOG/WALK TIME EVER!!!! Did my 4.5 miles in 43:38-42 seconds better than my previous best time!!!!!
  • SUNDAY
    NEW BEST JOG/WALK TIME EVER!!!! Did my 4.5 miles in 43:28!!! That's 10seconds better than my previous best time of just the other day!!!!!

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 18 miles (the least ever I think)
