Menu for 01-28-08

  • Thank goodness the weekend is over! I didn't do very bad though I tried to stay OP as much as possible without offending the cook too badly lol. I still ate a few things that were cooked in heavy cream/butter vs plain, but I just counted my wpa for those and I still came in with a loss for the weekend! My total for the first week OP is 8.8 lbs down! so I'm pretty darn happy with that! I'm sure this week won't be as much, but it's nice to see that kind of drop on the scale! Good luck this week everyone Here's my menu for the day!

    Breakfast:
    Shredded wheat
    Skim milk
    Banana

    Lunch:
    Southwest chicken soup
    Salad

    Dinner:
    Pinto Beans
    Brown Rice
    Salad

    Snacks:
    Orange
    Apple
    Popcorn

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim; tiny box of raisins and 1T walnuts for points

    Lunch: 1/2 cup cottage cheese and peaches

    Dinner: Chipotle chicken bowl with brown rice made at home

    Snack: Hot vanilla milk
