Okay, who here eats oatmeal in the morning? If you do what kind do you eat and what do you put in it? Breakfast is getting to be a trial for me. I think I'm going to have to think outside of the box about breakfast and just eat regular food. I could live on eggs, but can't do it everyday and the same with cottage cheese.
OT: I'm a cookbook freak and just got the "The Food You Crave" by Ellie Krieger and I really like it. A little disappointed because it doesn't have the sugar count, but there are a lot of really healthy and different kinds of recipes. I'm going to be making Edamame "Hummus". I love hummus and cucumbers and peppers. Maybe I should eat that for breakfast!!!!
