help with counting on night shift

  • Hi! I've been really successful with WW in the past, but now I work 3-4 night shifts a week and don't know how to count my points. Do I use midnight as a counting cut off? Has anyone heard of this problem before?
  • I think you could use midnight-midnight as your cutoff, but I keep pretty erratic hours myself (being a student and all - studying (cough) late and sleeping late the next day) and usually go from when I wake up until when I go back to bed, even if I wake up at 11am and go to bed at 3am the next morning. That might make it a little less complicated for you, especially if you don't work the night shift every night. Good luck!
  • Yeah, I'd do when you go to bed and when you get up again as your points resetting place... It would feel like a new day anyway when you wake up even if it's at like 2pm
  • I count my points from the moment I wake up for the day to the moment I go to bed at night. Naps don't count!
