Hi! I've been really successful with WW in the past, but now I work 3-4 night shifts a week and don't know how to count my points. Do I use midnight as a counting cut off? Has anyone heard of this problem before?
I think you could use midnight-midnight as your cutoff, but I keep pretty erratic hours myself (being a student and all - studying (cough) late and sleeping late the next day) and usually go from when I wake up until when I go back to bed, even if I wake up at 11am and go to bed at 3am the next morning. That might make it a little less complicated for you, especially if you don't work the night shift every night. Good luck!
Yeah, I'd do when you go to bed and when you get up again as your points resetting place... It would feel like a new day anyway when you wake up even if it's at like 2pm
