Water, water, water,
and hit the gym like crazy,
and a lot of snacks through out the day
special k bars are only 90 calories, I think they might even have a special K diet.
The most I ever lost was 8 lbs a month from a ONE HOUR-THREE times a week step class. So that might be a great idea (check the colleges nearby or a gym with good classes-even a home video)
10 lbs a month is not typical for most of us, but I think if you jump start a fitness plan (safely, like with a doctor's approval) you will be thanking yourself in 30 days!!!
Having said that, knowing what to do and doing it are 2 different things!!!
