My problem is for the next few days I can't eat anything I really have to chew (soft breads, noodles, and that sort of thing are all okay). I'm trying to make a plan for what I'm going to eat tomorrow, and I'm having a hard time getting as much protein as I'd like.
Other than eggs, and chicken broth, can anyone think of anything? I was pondering tofu, but I'd rather not just eat it plain, but can't think of anything that is made out of it but keeps in spongy.
Maybe tofu dogs?
I know special k makes protein water, is that any good? I suppose SlimFast probably has protein as well, but I'm not a big fan of it.
