I am new to the site (first day) and I am in need of some help- my family just booked a cruise for June and I am about 35 pounds overweight. I don't want to be model thin- just look decent in a bathing suit. I don't believe in fast weight loss - my opinion is that if you want it you need to work for it. But I am not sure if I can attain a 35 pound weight loss in 6 months -am I being realistic???

Our goal is about the same... Iam trying with treadmill, and controlled eating( have habbit of over eating) , also more water, no food after 7 pm, Hoping
