    1/1-arm & legs workout during the 2 hour Biggest Loser show
    1/2-1 hour walk, I feel so much better getting outside
    1/3-40 minute walk
    1/4-15 min leg work out {start of TOM}
    1/5-hour walk
    1/6-stair climbing 20 minutes, leg lifts 30 minutes
    1/7-70 min walk
    1/8-75 minute walk, 45 minutes playground, 60 minutes weights
    1/9-70 minute walk, 20 minutes legs
    1/10-60 minute fast fitness walk, hour mall walking
    1/11-50 minute walk-moderate
  • Hey Flower thanks for getting us started!! It is too cold to get out side for the next few days, so I will have to exercise inside. I did weights and a video this morning.


    Come on ladies lets get moving!!!!!!!!!!!

    1/5/08 - 45 mins weights/strength, 35 min run
    1/6/08 - Day off
    1/7/08 - 70 min brisk walk
    1/8/08 - 30 min weights, 20 min ab cardio, 10 min run
    1/9/08 - 30 min weights, 40 min run
    1/10/08 - 30 min weights, 40 min dance cardio on fittv
    1/11/08 - Day off
    1/12/08 - Day off - did mop the whole house does that count lol
    1/13/08 Day off
    1/14/08 30 min weights, so far

    1/6 - I'll let cha' know.............probably ddr?!?!?! But, I'm first day of TOM and feel Urgh! So, don't hold me to it! lol!

    01/07 - 15 minutes on the Gazelle and Toning.
    01/08 - Walked 2 miles and Toning.
    01/12 - 60 minutes on the Gazelle.
    01/13 - 10 minutes on the Gazelle.
    01/14 - 40 minutes on the Gazelle.
    01/15 - 15 Minutes Cardio/Strength DVD and walked 2 miles and 45 minutes rearranging furniture.
    01/16 - 35 minutes Cardio/Strength Training and 10 minutes Stairs.
    01/17 - 25 minutes Walking.
    01/18 - 15 minutes Cardio and Toning.
    01/20 - 55 minutes Hiking.
    01/21 - 20 minutes Walking.
    01/22 - 20 minutes Stairs and 10 minutes Gazelle and 20 minutes Cardio/Strength DVD.
    01/23 - 45 minutes Cardio/Strength DVD and 55 minutes Hiking.
    01/24 - 30 minutes Belly Dancing/Cardio.
    01/25 - 30 minutes Belly Dancing/Cardio and Toning.
    01/26 - 45 minutes Cardio.
  • 1/8 - 20 minute brisk walk....outside! It's in the 60's here!
  • I have walked 4 days and did weights 3 days since my last log.

  • Yeah, I finally got some excercize in 7500 steps.
  • 1/9 - 20 min blast off w/richard simmons & 15 min. stretching
  • Just starting back to exercise after the surgery.

    1/8 15 minute walk outside (1700) steps
    1/9 15 minute walk again (1500 steps

    Must have lengthened my stride today. I'll continue with 15 minutes this week.
