I am going to lose this weight this time - I just know it!!! 

I came in with about a 10 minute pace, which is much better than I expected since I was drinking while running. The bad news is, I went over my calories for the day by about 600
I was under 600 the day before, so it shouldn't matter, but trading calories each day never seems to work with my body, so we'll see. Today I'm trying to eat light again, because tomorrow I have a business lunch that is sure to be high cal. I WILL stay on plan and I WILL lose weight in the new year!!!
