Your best bet is consult an Indian cook book to see what general ingredients are used. Calculate the points for the recipe and estimate what you ate based on informed "guessing." This is not rocket science. We're all looking for the magic bullet -- the exact number of points we eat each day and it's impossible to tell. much the way we will never know exactly how many calories we burn in a day doing various acitivites, or what our metabolic rates are... we guess. We do our best.
If you follow the program 95% of the time, based on information and good use of resources, you'll have success.
I love pakore! But I watched it made one time and it was FRIED. Thereby becomeing an occaisional snack when I have enough points. For the rest, chickpeas, and vegetables. Maybe the ones you got were not fried. I'll have to investigate doing that on my own - baked pakore! YUM!
