I thought we had better start a new thread cos the old one was getting a bit long.
About climbing on the scales.... I weigh myself each morning - but I only actually write it down once a week - just so that I can see the difference.
Perhaps we need to talk about tips for ways of preventing ourselves from eating the stuff that we shouldn't be munching. I would love to hear tips from you all about how you can keep up your diets in the face of sweeties, chocolate bars, cheese, takeaways and all the other normal type foods that families have in their homes. I am really struggliing with this. How do you cope when your partners or kids are eating things that you crave to eat??
The original girls - Veggie, Ali and Delaney might remember that m husband has put signs up on the fridge and various kitchen cupboards with DON'T written in huge letters and I have got a screensaver with it written on and it kind of swirls and dances around so I am reminded all the time. Has anyone else got any good ideas???

and I've also been known to clean my teeth - that always helps me stop eating. But the new one for me which is really working is diet coke - I drink about 3 cans a day and it really fills me up. I actually saw a woman on Jerry Springer about a year ago who lost about 8 stone by eating popcorn and diet coke!!!!!

I've never suffered from having a hot choc/coffee before bed, infact I have 1 coffee a day (not too keen on it) and I like it before I go to bed!!!
