New Girl on the Block

  • Hiya folks! I came across this forum a few months ago and found it SOOOO inspiring. Unfortunately, I didn't have it in me to be as motivating and inspiring as the forum is until recently.

    I just started the SB diet today and have renewed dedication to working out (started 5-days a week in April but have slowed down to 2-3 days a week now, with the lack of any visible results frustrating).

    I'm really looking forward to participating in the good and bad of weight loss with ya'all.

    This is the perfect place for weight loss support and encouragement.

    So you weren't getting any results working out 5 days a week? What was your eating like, if you don't mind me asking. What sort of working out are you doing? Cardio? Weights? A combo? Working out five days a week is good for your health, but doesn't gaurantee weight loss.
