Hiya folks! I came across this forum a few months ago and found it SOOOO inspiring. Unfortunately, I didn't have it in me to be as motivating and inspiring as the forum is until recently.
I just started the SB diet today and have renewed dedication to working out (started 5-days a week in April but have slowed down to 2-3 days a week now, with the lack of any visible results frustrating).
I'm really looking forward to participating in the good and bad of weight loss with ya'all.
