  • b- coffee and yogurt
    l- smart ones something or other in the freezer
    s- 100 cal pack of cookies
    d- cereal most likely
  • I´ve never written my plan for the day before, but here I go..

    B: 1 toast w/ quesillo (low fat low cal cheese)
    Snack: low cal low fat chocolate milk + 1 cookie
    L: tuna + lettuce+ tomato+ 1 small apple
    Tea: 1 yoghurt+ 1 toast w/ quesillo
    D: Tuna+ lettuce+ tomato
  • B - yogurt, banana
    L - mashed potatoes, zucchini, chicken breast
    s - 100 cal cheez its
    d - no idea
  • B: French Toast - two slices light wheat bread, 1/4 cup egg beater, 1 packet splenda French vanilla for coffee; sugar free syrup
    L: Eggplant Parmesan and Spaghetti Squash
    D: IDK Maybe the same as lunch
    S: IDK
  • B - kashi go lean cereal, skim milk
    L - black bean patty on ww bun w/ swiss, green pepper strips, apple
    S - 100 cal bag of popcorn
    D - big salad w/ lots of veggies and chicken, ww tortilla w/ cheese

    E - 30 min on treadmill
  • Breakfast - 2 slices wholegrain toast with vegemite

    Lunch - Salad (butter bean, cheese, lettuce, tomato, capsicum, cucumber, basil, carrot and shallot)

    Dinner - will be canapes - going speed dating lol, oh and champagne

    Snack - handful wasabi peas

    Exercise - run to boot camp, 1 hour boot camp session, run home again
