Breakfast - 2 slices wholegrain toast with vegemite
Lunch - Salad (butter bean, cheese, lettuce, tomato, capsicum, cucumber, basil, carrot and shallot)
Dinner - will be canapes - going speed dating lol, oh and champagne
Snack - handful wasabi peas
Exercise - run to boot camp, 1 hour boot camp session, run home again
