  • Monday
    Walked 3 miles with Cleo, did 120 abs. My day off!
  • Monday
    Got my walk in on the TM today! 1.56 miles at 3.2mph for 30 minutes.
  • MONDAY
    Mind wanted to go out, legs didn't-mind won, but legs decided to fight back and go a little slower! Did my 4.5 miles in 49:15
  • Tuesday
    Got my walk in this AM 1.57 miles in 30 min at 3.2 mph; did the mile in 19.17 min. so I'm getting faster1
  • TUESDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 48:10
  • Tuesday
    Did 25 minutes intensive cardio on bike, walked 2.5 mile with Cleo and neighbors.
    After work I hit the gym and did and hour and a half Upper body Workout (actually only arms- gotta do back tomorrow).

    Walked 1.52 miles in 30 min. at 3.2 mph
  • WEDNESDAY
    4.5miles with NEW SHOES ON in 45:02-3rd best time and only 2 seconds over my 2nd best time!!!
  • Wednesday
    Did weights for Back which I skipped yesterday, 25 minutes intensive cardio, walked with dog about 2.5 miles.

    Walked on TM 1.44 miles in 30 min.
  • THURSDAY
    Did 3.5 miles in 34:15
  • Thursday
    Played tennis for 2 hours. No walk or run, its POURING here. Poor Cleo!
  • Friday
    Walked 2.5 miles with friends and Cleo. After work, did a Lower body workout at the gym, and abs. Then played tennis for an hour. Then passed out.

    Did uphill sprints for 20 minutes...run up, jog down, run up, jog down. Dog abandonned me after the first 8 or so and lay down and watched, then we walked about 3 miles.
