Did 25 minutes intensive cardio on bike, walked 2.5 mile with Cleo and neighbors.
After work I hit the gym and did and hour and a half Upper body Workout (actually only arms- gotta do back tomorrow).
Did uphill sprints for 20 minutes...run up, jog down, run up, jog down. Dog abandonned me after the first 8 or so and lay down and watched, then we walked about 3 miles.
