ww higher protein option- help

  • Does anyone follow the ww higher protein option in the week 6 book. If you do could you tell me what you eat.
  • Cheese
    Cottage Cheese
    Soy Products, luna bars, Soy nuts etc.
    Peanut Butter

    Look at the labels alot of products have quite abot of protein in them.
  • I add some protein to every meal or snack or a little fat in the form of nuts. Example:

    1 c. Cherrios
    1 T. Chopped Almonds
    1 c. Skim Milk
    1/2 c. Peaches

    For a snack today I'm having
    1 apple
    4 Walnut Halves
    1/2 c. FF Cottage Cheese
    Dash of Cinnamon

    Be sure you are keeping to low/no fat. You need 3 servings of fat a day for health, however.

    FF Cheese and a piece of fruit, crackers and cheese, peanutbutter on celery sticks, etc.
  • Eggs! 2 points, get the jumbo or extra large. Hard boiled, or scrambled w/Pam.

    Cheese - 2% slices (they melt), 1 pt. per slice. Also mini Baybel rounds, 1 pt. per and good to boost a snack of fruit.

    Depending on how you count beans/legumes, veg. FF refried beans are also v. good bargains.
