I'm afraid that snackage is the one place I'm still a bit of an alcoholic LOL so I have to just not do it. I have a little something in the afternoon if I'm hungry, otherwise I have a nice supper and then tidy up the house and kitchen, get all my stuff done that i need to, and make a nice hot cup of tea and have a few ginger cookies (awesome organic cookies, 3 big ones for 100 cals! ) for my dessert at about 7:30 or 8:00 p.m. and then the kitchen is closed for the night!
I know you can put a handful of something aside for 100 cals or have some popcorn or fruit or yogurt but at night time I just can't control myself - and I'd end up having 5 snacks LOL, so it's easier for me NOT to snack at all at night
