Food- Good, stayed well within calorie range (1800) but I still need to work on food choices, more fruits and veggies and less carbs
Exercise- 30 min treadmill, still not feeling well
Water- 140 oz still not able to drink milk.
I didn't mean to, but I started eating and kept going till it was gone! I ate my leftovers from going out the previous day, so it was not even healthy food! 


For some reason when I have cookies, I always have to have 2! At least 2 is better then the 4 or 5 I used to "have" to have!
