Hi everyone,
I didn't see a thread for this so I started one. Also I'm excited because I will actually have something to report this month. I start the C25K on Tuesday. It will be my sole form of exercise this month. Next month I will add some more in but for now this will do. So the plan for the month is:
3x/wk 20-30 minutes
Tues, Thurs, Saturday

woooosh! I just did my WW Get Fit! Workout! Well actually I only did the warm up and the first two 7 minute segments! I didn't make the 3rd one! But, that is more exercise than I did all week last week! 


Hopefully, next week I will gained my energy back, and then I will be back to normal 
As discouraging as my WI's have been, I am greatful to have maintained. I have never been able to do that either.
