I'm a bit confused on the change of our site here. Do I have to do anything special?

Back to painting the kitchen today. Lots of cupboards to do and the insides (sigh). I'm painting in white due to my kitchen wallpapered and having rooster border, white is the only way to go, or too much colour!

Good Morning Wendy and all those to come!

Very snowy and cold this morning--looks like we got another foot overnight.

The wee one had a full night's sleep last night and thankfully so did I. My headache is gone and I'm feeling more productive today. Don't know what I'm going to do today, have my coffee in hand and I'm pondering that right now as we speak!

One thing I am glad to report is that I am down another 3 pounds this week!! I'm telling you, there's nothing like worry to keep you OP. Of course I'm not going tomakea habit out of it but I am so glad that the scale is moving down again!

What a difference a good night of sleep makes! I took a cough suppressant last night and slept right through to 7! DH says I did cough but I didn't wake up for a change.

Gee, everyone is into re-decorating. Glas Mireee is better, Pooky, and that your headache is gone. Wendy, dont you hate painting the inside of cupboards? I feel like just getting tins and tins of spray when I have to do it.

I am looking at my big upstairs bathroom and considering that smooshing paint technique up there. The wallpaper is 10 years old and it's getting time. I also need to replace or recover my couch in the back room - will wait until the pup is a bit older.

Walked up and down the lane a few times yesterday - moving cars so the lad could plow - and was just amazed at how wobbly I am after three weeks of the sickies! I could probably do only 20 seconds on the treadmill at the moment.

Everyone should read the announcement re tomorrow's server move. I am not sure where the server is located but am pretty sure a snowstorm won't delay the plans! Remember that your old bookmark will not bring you to the newest version of the message boards.

Have a laundry mountain to tackle and still have not finished that quilt square! So fiddley and my CTS is always worse in the morning. I may resort to fabric glue! A trip to the bank today and a shop for some more veggies should be it for my TGIF.

Since tomorrow the server goes down for a bit, I thought I'd say hello! My shoulder is better. I've been applying a heating pad to it whenever I sit at the computer. No more cold packs as they give me a cold boob!
It was so nice to visit with friends in the chatroom last night even if Ruth and I are troublemakers.
I hope that everyone has a nice weekend. We will be shopping and Sunday there is church and Bible class. DH wants to plow out the driveway. Actually, it's just an excuse to play in the snow with the tractor.

How is everyone doing today? It sounds like the preparations for a craft/home show around here! I love stuff like that. Anything crafty is right up my alley -- although I am by no means a professional at any one pasttime. LOL.

Today I am getting ready for our long weekend. Tonight we will probably watch movies. Tomorrow my parents are coming for a little birthday celebration for DD#2 who had her birthday last tuesday, on Sunday (baring any snow) we are going to the beach and I'm sure Monday (President's day) we will clean up the mess from the long weekend.

Hoping the snow comes. My dd wants to build a snowman and I can't say I blame her. It's been 5 years with no snow for me. I used to get it 4 months out of the year!

Monday is going to be my weigh in day. I have started taking up only weighing myself 2/month. Only because I get obsessed with that darn scale, so it's easier to do it less often -- does that make sense? I've been op, drank my water, and I've exercised a couple of time (once with tape, once for a walk, but mostly "flying").

I think I have a cold? Hard to distinguish between a cold and allergies...suffice it to say I am stuffed and coughing!

Dh goes to the cardiologist today. He has had the echo cardiogram and will find the results out today.

Pooky, been sending you and Miree good healing stuff. Having sick little ones is hard on everyone. Really glad to hear you got some sleep! Nope! have not started on that basement yet!

The saga of stamping continues. Seems as tho THEY and THEY know who THEY are have conspired to do it at my house! THEY have been kind enough to give me a choice of two days...so sweet! I don't know whether or not to have a hissy fit or just roll over and play possum. I am toying with the idea of stamping a crest for the ADS...is that right Chickadee?

ok, ok, Monday is MLK day. Sorry everyone! I get MLK and President's Day messed up -- you'd think I'd remember since my first was born on President's Day??

Good day! Slept well from 9-2 pm...dd woke me up, she risked crawling out of bed during her nap to see me, doesn't fear daddy very much...anyhow fun eve of pizza out, kids and daddy swimming, and I get to cuddle girlfriends 3 month old for the eve...feeling good..lost the last of the Xmas indulgence and am back on track...have a great weekend everyone, hope I can find you after the move...Liz

HI, everyone! I have finally caought up(sort of)with all that is going on. I am so late tonite I am sure no one willread it anyway but who cares!!!

My DH and bro in law are fixing up our downstairs guest bath this weekend, new tile floor, paint, new vanity and toilet ...will ne beautiful when it is done.....one more room down 10 to go!!!! We will get there.

I have had a fairly good week eating and a great week exercising...4x at the Y this week. I am pleased.
