  • B - Special K, skim milk
    L - organic bean buritto (found it in the freezer section...only 260 cal and it is pretty big - I will let you know if it is any good.) salsa, lots of lettuce
    S - apple
    D - sloppy joe on ww bun with swiss, broc/cali/carrot veggie mix

    E - 30 min on treadmill
  • B - 1 cup Fiber One Raisin Bran cereal
    L - steamed brussel sprouts and lean cuisine
    S - fat free yogurt and carrots
    D - Gigantic salad, ww cabbage soup and lean cuisine
    S - ww sundae cup
  • lean pocket (140)

    sandwhich (300) baked lays (200)

    big salad!! (300) PLUS some protien (200 ish)
  • I can't eat - on doctors orders *cries*

    So my meal plan for today (Friday actually) looks like this

    Drink 4-5 litres of water - replacing lost fluids from gastro attack
    Drink down several dissolved "gastrolite" tablets to replace all the salts and minerals I've lost.

    I stepped on the scaled this morning - I couldn't believe i've lost 3.5kgs (8 pounds) in fluids! And not being able to eat from nausea.
