Greetings Ladies!
Can it be possible that it's November already? It feels like the year has just zipped by me!
Anyhow...with the holidays upon is, it is paramount that we try to stay in control and look at the big picture! Our monthly challanges are always helpful for me so here's our November thread!
My goal for the month is to keep up with the regular exercise, eat healthy and whole foods daily, and do weigh ins 2x a month!
My starting point for this month is still 111.5...we'll see where the last day of November leaves me! Ideally, I would like to be under 110 at least by then. I know these are just numbers but that would really be very satisfying!
