Anyway, today I started journaling (is that word correct? You can help me with my english lol) my food in Fitday (thank you Shy Moment!!!
). I count calories, but I just wanted to know what the "correct" or suggested % of fat, protein and carbs is . I donīt follow a "low anything diet" just count calories, but wanted to know what is acceptable.
I guess I should try to keep low the fat, but how low? how much is too much fat?
Iīm absolutely ignorant in this subject so if you could help me please..
(Maybe thereīs not a "correct" %, I mean, there can be many many good combinations but which do you think is healthy and which has worked for you?)
