Hello, I have finally decided to get with the program and lose this excess baggage I have been carrying around for a few years. I've come to this site a few times, but haven't had the right mind set to finally say enough is enough! I must lose this weight! It depresses me so. I cannot even stand to look in the mirror. I started to excercise today (not a whole lot, but I am going to try and do 40 minutes to begin with. I reduced my calorie intake significantly and only consumed 1151 calories. It's a start and hopefully I will stay on the "wagon" this time.
My goal is to lose 10 pounds. That's going to be a challenge as well as a goal cuz I'm old and the weight doesn't come off as easily for me as it used to do.
Are we writing down our points? How about drinking water? How about parking and the end of the row at the store and getting in extra steps. We can do it.
