  • Happy Hump Day!!!

    B: Apple Bread, Activita Yorgut, Coffee
    S: Coffee
    L: Sandwich (Light Whole Wheat Bread, Extra Lean Ham, Fat Free Cheese, Mustard), Grapes, String Cheese
    S: Goldfish Crackers
    D: Lean Cuisine Roasted Garlic Pizza; Salad

  • Still back home with the parents but have so far done well...okay this week lol.

    Breakfast - scrambled eggs with grilled tomato and wholemeal toast

    Lunch - fruit salad (apple, banana, kiwi fruit) with two Tbs non-fat natural greek yoghurt

    Snack - 2 dates, small square dark chocolate and 1 kiwi fruit

    Dinner - roast pork with veggies

    And there will probably be dessert and wine...these are the downfalls of every parental visit!

    Exercise
    - 6.5km run around home - good lord I'd forgotten how STEEP those hills are! Good thing I've been doing those squats and lunges lol.
    - 1 hour dance
    - Ab work out + a few squats, lunges, dips etc

    L - Egg On Toast

    D - Undecided Yet as Im at work till 10pm - Might take a few oven chips into work and heat them up there with some peas!

    L - pb and sf straw jelly on ww bread, apple
    S - celery
    D - "modified chili dogs" using ww buns, healthy choice smoked sausage, homemade chili and lite cheese, baked potato strips, veggie mix

    E - 30 min on treadmill
