  • Hi everyone.
    Frustrating morning at WW, however, good putter at the three stall middle of winter farmer's market . Lucky Patch who can get fresh veggies all year long.

    breakfast:

    1 piece sweet perrin bread (bread with fresh pear, hazelnuts and
    dried figs) 3/5

    lunch:
    pumpkin soup 1/8
    english muffin 2/10
    laughing cow cheese 1/11
    dinner:
    roast chicken 2/13
    green beans 1/14
    rosemary potatoes oven baked 3/17
    strawberry tart thing - this was good, fresh strawberries .5, pastry cream (2 T) 2 and a butter cookie crust 4 6.5/23.5
    exercise: gym - probably a 2.5 mile/30 min run (slowly I go )
    water: ya, ya
    vitamin: si,si and some e for good measure

    total = 23.5

  • I miss the farmer's market :-( It is just a summer thing here in NY state.

    Busy day. Got a new computer. Been setting it up all day after going to the gym and doing two back to back workouts.
