Well good morning ladies!
I've been totally off the wagon for the past couple of weeks. I'm sitting at 203.5...which is up a pound.
I went and had my engagement photo shoot done (see avitar) and some of the photos were wonderful and others made me feel so bad about my weight. You know how cameras do that...actually it's not the camera that makes me look fat...it's my a$$ that makes me look fat! LOL
Either way it gave me big motivation to get at least another 20lbs off before my wedding and ideally be well into ONEderland by Christmas.
cutieshirl - I love the slimfast plan...it's no longer just a couple shakes and a meal, I eat a ton of good food every day. I would go to the US website (slimfast.com) and check out the meal plans.
gatoramanda - The only thing that I don't see a lot of in your daily intake is fruits and veggies. Why not replace the SF snack bars with a banana and peanut butter or veggie sticks and high fiber crackers. I've found that eating a lot of low calorie, high density food (like salads, etc) keep me full longer and I'm getting all of my RDI for nutrients etc. Have you tried using a tracker like sf.com or fitday.com or the dailyplate.com? This will give you terrific insight into things that you may be lacking in your daily diet. While the SF products (snacks) are meant to be used on the plan...I think it's important to get the 7-8 servings of fruit/veggies a day as well as lots of protein and fibre.
