    It's back..... in all it's glory!

    Here's how the Points Challenge (designed by Sandi of the 100 lb. Club) works: Every day, starting October 1st and going until October 31st, you have the chance to earn 4 points doing the things we all know help with weight loss: food, exercise, and water. You get 2 points for following your own personal plan for food, 1 point for getting in your planned exercise, and 1 point for drinking the amount of water you've set as your goal. That means that a total of 120 points are possible for the month of June.

    Just post your points for each day as you go along, you can add to a previous post by editing or just post a new reply.


    Example:

    1 point for exercise corrilating w/ October fitness challege =
    1 point for under 1500 calories =
    1 point for recording ALL food intake & cals, even on bad days =
    1 point for 75+ oz of water =

  • i like this! we should do this every month. its way more holistic.
    exercise- 2 points for 30 minutes a day, no matter what it is.
    water- 1 point; lets shoot for 50oz a day.
    food- 1 point;recording all of my food on weightwatchers.com and sticking with my points

    01 Oct: i know i did all my exercise and food right, so 3 points.
    02 Oct: i exercised, but went over on my points. i got my water in for sure, too, so 3 points.
    03 Oct: 3 for exercise, 1 for food and tracking, and 1 for water. 5 today!
    04 Oct: i for walking 30 mins, one for drinking a TON of water, and 2 for being on target for the day. 5 total!

  • I will do this! I used to and it was fun!

    1 point for staying within calories (1200-1500)
    1 point for recording EVERYTHING I eat and posting a blog entry about it
    1 point for 4+ liters of water
    1 point for any sort of exercise

  • I really liked the points challenge before and seeing as I really need a kick up the bum to get back onto the dieting wagon, I'm joining in....

    For me there are 22 days left in the month therefore 88 points to be had!

    1 point for every 5 fruits/veg eaten =
    1 point for every 30 mins of exercise done =
    1 point for every 1.5 litres of water comsumed =
    1 point for eating 1600 cals or under =
