  • OK here's today's offering, although small since tomorrow is shopping day!

    B: 2 cups of coffee--no time this morning!
    L:garden salad with Italian dressing, cheese and herb bagel, italian florentine soup
    D: caved in a bought a veggie pizza, I know, not very OP!

  • hi ,i hope you dont mind me joining you guys. i am combining wwpts with cad. i am allowed 27 pts a day.

    b-chicken dog w/ cheese, 1 egg w/ 3 eggwhites and vegetable omeltte(no carrots) and decaf tea .=8pts

    L-turkey breast,cheese,lettuce with ranch dressing and cottage cheese=6 pts

    D- my reward meal and i still have 13 pts left dont know what i will have yet.
  • This is it! I am doing Atkins induction for a few days but may drift into CALP for dinner some nights.

    B. 2 eggs and sausage
    L. Chicken breast and salad with Bleu Cheese dressing
    D. Pork tenderloin, yellow beans, spinach

    Water - only 3 glasses so far

    10 oz decaff tea with 1 Sweet & Low
    B - 3.5 oz Boars' Head roast, 1.2 oz Swiss cheese, 1 T mayo
    L - 8.5 oz baked chicken breast w/1T butter & Mrs. Dash
    D - 9.4 oz baked chicken breast w/1T butter & Mrs. Dash, salad (1 cup mushrooms, 2 cups lettuce, 3 T Kraft Parmesan Romano dressing)

    195 oz water

  • OK. I'm just about done eating for the day. If I get hungry between and bedtime, I'll keep it 0 Carb.

    B - Lg. Coffee w/Cream & Equal; 2 Eggs; 2 Slices American Cheese; 1 Slice Lite Rye Toast; 2 Tsp Lite Butter; 18 Oz. Water. Total = 9.5 Carbs

    S - 2 Decaf Coffees w/Cream

    L - 4 Oz. Ham; 4 Oz. Turkey; Decaf Coffee w/Cream

    S - 2 Decaf Coffees w/Cream; 3 Oz. Cheddar Cheese. Total = 1.5 Carbs

    D - 3 Oz. Baked Chicken; 1/2 Cup Green Beans; Small Tossed Salad; 2 Tbsp Bleu Cheese Dressing; 2 Decaf Coffees w/Cream. Total = 7 Carbs

    Total for Today = 18 Carbs

    vitamins / supplements

    L - 2 slices cheese / piece of sge / diet pepsi

    D - pork chop w/peppers & mushrooms / salad / another veggie ?

    Water - so far - 64 oz & will prob get in another 3 (16) oz water

  • What a mess. Someone is retiring in my department and all 3 meetings today had little parties for him. Bagels in the morning, cake twice. Tomorrow is a lunch, so the food choices should be better. The rest of my day wasn't bad, so I probably broke even!

    B- 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
    L-salami and cheese, small sf yogurt, baby carrots
    s-small square of cake, diet pepsi
    D- cheese, meatloaf

    Well, that looks better than I thought it would. Not low carb, but no big portions. That's a good day!
