  • Just for today I can follow my plan. With no thought for what has gone before and no thought for tomorrow ... today I can eat less, eat good foods, walk and play with some dumbells.

    The big picture is just too intimidating. Will you join me ... just for today?

    I know that I will, just for today, go to yoga for 2 hours, eat a big bowl of broccoli at lunch and drink all the water my body needs.
  • I sure can. Today, I will stay on-plan, I will get on that treadmill and I will plan ahead for our dinner out.
  • SUSAN of course you know I will join you. I have one question though...

    may I take my dumbells on a walk instead of playing with them?
  • I will take a walk, come back here and play with the Smart Belles on 3fc.
  • Today, I will drink less coffee and be more productive in work. I will also try to get in more fruit.

    eat a big fresh salad for lunch...
    Dance my fanny off in the gym dance class...
    Prepare a dinner that will not only nourish my body but my soul too...
  • I went for my walk. The first song on my MP3 was Body Language .... oooo sexy body ... very encouraging. 3.76 kms with some walking lunges thrown in when I thought nobody could see.

    I had oatmeal and soy milk for breakfast.

    Bells, belles ... whatever encourages you.
    Fruit, vegetables ... glorious foods!

  • Today I will drink more water, exercise 2 hours (2 seperate times) and eat a light lunch so that dinner (hot dogs at my son's school) won't affect me as much. Perhaps I will even eat some soup or a salad before going so I don't eat too much junk!

  • Sounds awful but I really enjoyed garlicy polenta, sardines and a tomato for lunch. Then I did legs while watching What Not to Wear. And ... I think I can squeeze in a wee nap today!

    Doesn't this feel good!
  • Today - I can resist the ultimate brownies that someone brought in as a treat. I am 1/2 lb from a mini-goal and that will be much sweeter!

    The nap was good, so were the grapes I've been snacking on.
