Hi,
I have actually been lurking around the site for a week or two. I decided to "officially" join because I wanted on of those cool weight loss progress thingys.
I am turning 35 this year, have a two year old and I quit smoking in Jan. I was actually doing ok losing the baby weight until I quit smoking, then I started going in the wrong direction.
I just bought a treadmill and used it for the first time today, but I have not decided on a diet plan yet. My parents and doctor both recommend South Beach.

on quitting smoking!! Yay you! If you can do that, you can do anything! And congrats on quitting at a young age, where your body has so many excellent smoke-free years.
