    Breakfast:
    2 hard boiled eggs - 4pts
    2 Hollywood Thins, toasted - 1pt
    2 tsp butter- 2pts
    tea

    Lunch:
    1 single-serving can Chunky Chicken Vegetable soup - 3pts
    1 slice homemade bread - 3pts
    1 tsp butter - 1pt

    Dinner: (edited Jan 2)

    boneless chicken breast - 3-4pts
    steamed sugar snap peas - 0pts
    1 cup teryaki rice mix - 6 pts

    Exercise: 30 minute walk, 50 crunches, arm workout with 7lb weights
    Water: 48 oz and drinking

    tuna sandwich - 3 oz tuna - 3pts
    1 tbsp. FF mayo - 1pt
    Claussen garlic dill pickle, chopped - 0pts
    2 high fibre bread - 3 pts
    1 Motts Strawberry Applesauce cup - 2pts
    tea

    Dinner:
    1 haddock filet, low fat - 3pts
    1 cup alfredo pasta mix (made with 1% milk, no butter) - 4pts
    pickled beets - think they're 0 pts, like other pickles?
    tea and half a slice of apple pie - 5 pts? ( I believe a slice is 10)

    Exercise: 30 minute walk
    Water: 32 oz so far

    1 shortbread cookie - 3pts
    tea

    Lunch:
    Single serving Chunky Beef Vegetable soup - 3pts
    1 slice high fibre bread - 1.5 pts
    1 tsp butter - 1 pt

    Snack:
    2 chocolates - 3 pts

    Dinner:
    1 cup spaghetti - 3pts
    2 med. size meatballs, extra lean ground beef - I'm guessing 4 pts?
    1/2 cup homemade spaghetti sauce (no fat) - 0 pts

    Need a few more points.

    Exercise - 30 minute walk (going now!)
    Water - 48 oz so far
