Ok It's time to start a new challenge. I did badly on last one so I will try harder this time.
It will start today December30 and end on February 14. That is about 7 1/2 weeks.
I am going to try to lose a minumum of 8 pounds which will be about 1# a week. If I can do that for 52 weeks that will be 52#.
Jan 3 = -3 A good start
Jan 10 = -2.5# A very good start
Jan 17 = missed meeting due to grand-daughter being ill
Jan 24 = Turtle Better than a gain but a loss would have
been much better
Jan 31 = -.50#
Feb 7 = -1.75# 1/4# to go
Feb 14 = -.75 For a total of 8.50#
This is first challenge I have made
