I hope everyone is having a great weekened. I went to a party last night and blew it as far as points go. I will have to work extra hard this week if I am going to make my labor day goal. I have alot to do today, but I would like to get a walk in.
As far as the workout challenge I was just thinking at least 20 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. I know I will work out longer but some may not. How does that sound? Anyone have any suggestions on this topic? Let me know.
