hey chicas, since i had to drop out of summer school because i was in the hospital, i am now left with no plans and nothing to do, so i thought why not live at the gym???
my work out plan in the morning
30 mins on the elliptical
30 mins on the stairmaster
30 mins on a bike
then do weights for my arms, legs, back and stomach.
10 mins on the elliptical
10 mins on the stairmaster
10 mins on the bike
then go home and eat lunch
evening workout
40 mins on the elliptical
40 mins on the stairmaster
40 mins on the bike
30 mins in the sauna
all while eating around 1500-1600 cals a day. i can only work out like that until school starts and then i'm ganna have to cut back. but i have nothing else to do so why not? any opinions or suggestions??



But like I said, find a comfortable pace and work it from there. HTH
