I started the first week of May, so I've repeated the rotation a couple of times. I was a regular exerciser before, so it's been mainly a change in eating patterns for me. I did really well the first rotation, losing about 8 pounds, and then slowed down in my weight loss, partly due to being unable to exercise for three weeks (flu and ankle injury, not lack of time). I've been plateauing for the last two weeks, so I'm feeling a little frustrated. This is the weight I've stuck at before, so I know it's not EFS, it's just my body fighting a set-point and if just keep working at it, eventually the scale will start moving again. I am really used to this way of eating now though, I don't feel quite as deprived any more and I feel pretty good and energetic. I am really sick of brown rice though!!
