Well, I have to issue a retraction. I kept plugging away at the book, with my reading of the factoids after I finished a chapter, and it's not half bad. this is really more about the mind set of becoming healthy - not losing weight, but removing fat, which I notice is terminology many people on this site us as well. I'm entering the workout phase and then the financial phase, and then I'll be done, except for appendices, which look interesting as well. So for any of you who still have it around, it might be worth another look.
