Modified Atkins??

  • Greetings!

    I'm new to this thread and I just had a quick question.

    I've tried Atkins before and now I'm trying it again. I did feel really good on the plan, but after a while I had a hard time following it to the letter.

    Have or are any of you doing a modified version of it? Or some other low-carb plan?

    Welcome to low carb land!

    I tried a modified atkins. I ate protein, veggies and fruit. I felt great while doing that and always made sure that I had a bit of protein within an hour of eating a piece of fruit!

    I should go back to doing it!
