howdy all, i have a weak neck after a scrummaging accident playing rugby a few years ago. well i'm back playing and need to build up my strength and stability in my neck, my neck is now about 17" when i was playing alot about 4 years ago my neck was about 21", does anyone have any good strength and stability exercsises for the neck, p.s i don't have a head harness.

Get a head harness. As far as I know, other than doing buddy training that's the only way.
