    Exercise every day and see yourself melt away!
  • Monday
    40 minutes of intervals of stationary bike, 200 abs. 3 mile jog/walk. Tennis this afternoon.
  • MONDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 46:45
  • MONDAY
    30 minutes on elliptical trainer.
  • Tuesday
    60 minutes walking--30 of it up hill!
  • WEDNESDAY
    Walked 4.5 miles today Nothing fast, too windy, but at least I went.
  • Wednesday
    half hour of elliptical--speed is getting better!
  • Wednesday and Thursday
    Wednesday: Forced myself to do 30 minutes on stationary bike, 180 abs, 1 mile run, 2 mile walk.
    Felt exhausted! must still be sick.

    Thursday: 40 minutes of intervals on bike, 210 abs, 3 mile walk, tennis this afternoon after work. Today will test if I'm better or not!

    Did my 4.5 miles in 49:50, no great times-got rained on to boot!
  • Friday
    Short lifting session, 20 minutes stationary bike, 180 abs, 3 mile walk/run.

    Did my 4.5 miles-barely!
  • Thursday
    40 minutes walking; 30 minutes on elliptical. I can really see a difference in the speed from a week ago. I'm almost back to where I was a couple of months ago.
  • Saturday
    Half hour on "Ellie"--new program went up to resistance # 9 But I did it!
  • SUNDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 49:20

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 22.5 miles
  • Sunday
    40 minutes of hard intervals on stationary bike, 201 abs, 40 minutes of heavy lifting. Done! no walk, poor dog
