Hi everybody,
I just wanted to say hi to everyone. This is my first time at 3FC. I need to lose a lot of weight, but my goals aren't over the top. I don't expect to lose all the weight right away and I know it's not going to be easy. I've tried dieting and stuff before but always lose motivation. It's hard when you don't have anyone to talk to about it. That's why I'm here. I know I can do it this time.
