Truth be known - everyone is their own worst enemies!!! Fact of Life.
I am out of control and I have to change. I'm stepping on the scales tomorrow and resolve to eat healthier and be more active. I've gained over 30 pounds in the last couple of years and it has to stop.
I have already started with drinking more water and moving more. My husband wants to lose too so we are going to eat lean meat, vegetables, fruit and whole wheat products.
If I have the courage, I'll post my weight tomorrow. If not I'll have a pounds to lose scale up.
I could use some helpful hints to get me really started.
