new attitude menu thread #2

  • I am on a lunch and just had to get back on track with my menu.... so here it is..

    Breakfast- 1 can slim fast 250 cal

    lunch- 6 inch turkey sub on wheat 254
    bag of baked ruffles 150

    supper- not sure yet
  • Wish I had more time to chat... I am on lunch again and I just have to keep this up
    so here goes....

    Breakfast- 1 slimfast 250 cal

    snack- slim fast snack bar 130 cal

    lunch- slim fast- 250 cal

    snack- diet dinner fettucini 240 cal

    supper- mother in laws but healthy as always


    trying to stay about 1500 a day... good job to all you ladies!!!!! Keep up those {{{{{{{{{{vibes}}}}}}}}}}}}

    snack- slim fast snack bar 130 cal

    supper- no meat spagetti 250 cal
    1 slice lite bread 35 cal

    snack- fruit cup 50 cal
