Well I went to ww tonight or fat club as i like to call it lol, I put on a half pound so thats 1 1/2lb in 2 weeks, where the **** has all my good work went. I can't seem to get focused at the moment, as of tomorrow i'm going back to writing everything i eat down and also going back to weighing all my food.
Going swimming tomorrow and will make the effort to do a lot more walking over the next week.

We will ahve to take ourselves to task! I bought some size 14 last week because wearing baggy size 16 stuff was making me feel a bit complacent.
I've been on/off a diet for the past year and I'm finally back to 3 stone lost. Finally!
