I'm wondering about reduced fat dairy products. I find I can't get used to skim (that blue color -
) milk and have been consuming 1% instead.I also have tried all sorts of lower fat sour cream, cottage cheese, etc. and find that most of them are kinda "gummy".
Has anyone found any alternatives that taste good?

I don't think it tastes any different. I guess we all have different tastes! I absolutely love the Trader Joe's non-fat greek style yogurt. Soooo creamy & delicious!!
