Help! need some exercise buddies

  • Okay, I'm really slacking in the exercise department. I have tried to join exercise threads but there are too many people and I don't feel accountable. I'm looking for someone or some people who are also having troubles and need a kick in the but. I want to set some goals(weekly, daily if need be) and stick to them and I need some others who would like to come along for the ride. Anyone interested?

    My commitment is 4 weekly cardio workouts (I also do strength, generally 3x week).

    I did a hike and strength yesterday, probably just a light walk today.

    Monday a.m.: Intervals class
    Tuesday p.m.: Step class
    Wednesday p.m. : Kickboxing
    Saturday a.m.: Boot camp or Step

    So, ask me on Thursday morning if I went to all 3 classes.

    How can I help you with your goals? Happy to have a buddy and looking forward to our shared journey.

    Sounds like you have a great schedule. Wish I could take classes but I don't have the time. Okay, here are my goals for the week.

    Monday- Nothing
    Tues- 40 min at the gym, 15 min strength training, 20 min cardio
    Wed- 40 min at the gym
    Fri- 40 min at the gym

    I'm trying a new approach, morning exercise for a short time, maybe I won't feel as exhausted. I will set goals for the weekend later.
