  • B: 1 whole-wheat pancake, coffee w/milk
    L: mixed pepper strips, hummus, 1 hard-boiled egg
    S: a 300-calorie brownie
    D: a bunch of shared appetizers - half orders of cornbread, mushroom/gravy/toast, green beans in sauce, succotash, and a beer and a half
    S: 1T almonds, 1 banana
  • B- whole wheat tortilla with scrambled egg whites bacon bits and salsa
    S- coffee and sweet and salty bar
    L- tuna with ceaser dressing celery and romain lettuce, maybe some crackers? edamane?
    S- popcorn
    D- we are going to boston pizza for pizza and probably beer? haha and then we are going to a movie
    W- 4L
    E- slept in! haha

    A bad start to the weekend already... lol
    But I was given a gift cert for pizza a while ago for working so hard on my friends website, so I deserve a treat anyway
